Terms of Service

The rules for authorized access to and use of the Acquisition Management System (AMS).

Operator and acceptance

AMS is operated by The Visart. By accessing or using AMS, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use AMS for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to do so and will follow the organization's instructions for its data.

Internal business service

AMS is a restricted business application for approved users who manage customer relationships, incoming leads, lead research, client onboarding, and connected services. It is not offered as a public consumer service. Public client questionnaire links are limited to the published questionnaire workflow and do not grant access to the internal AMS administration area.

Accounts and security

Users must provide accurate account information, use only their own account, protect passwords and access credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Users must not share invite tokens, bearer links, OAuth codes, or access tokens. Accounts and permissions may be suspended or removed when access is no longer authorized or when these terms are violated.

Authorized use

Users may use AMS only for lawful, authorized business purposes. They must not bypass access controls, disrupt the service, probe it for vulnerabilities without written permission, upload malicious content, misuse personal data, use research data for unapproved outreach, or access Pages, forms, contacts, accounts, questionnaires, or records they are not authorized to manage.

Business data and user responsibility

The organization and its authorized users are responsible for the accuracy, lawfulness, and permitted use of information entered into AMS or imported through connected services. They must provide appropriate notices and instructions, use only data they are entitled to process, respect objections and deletion requests, and review CRM, research, reporting, and questionnaire content before relying on it for a business decision.

Meta Lead Ads and reporting

The Meta Lead Ads integration may be used only with Facebook accounts, Pages, and lead forms that the connecting user is authorized to manage. The organization publishing a lead form is responsible for its notices, consent language, targeting, and legal basis. AMS imports only forms explicitly activated by an authorized administrator. Meta Ads reporting is a separate, read-only workflow: it may read approved account, campaign, and reporting data, but it does not create, edit, or delete Meta ad objects.

Connected providers and research

AMS can connect Meta, Google Contacts, Google Calendar, and other approved service providers used for hosting, storage, PDF rendering, message delivery, voice transcription, and bounded lead-acquisition research. Users may connect or operate a provider only when they have the required authority and must follow the provider's terms, access rules, source restrictions, and applicable privacy obligations. Research services do not turn public information into unrestricted or automatically permissible contact data.

Client onboarding and questionnaire use

Administrators are responsible for publishing accurate form copy, client-detail values, delivery settings, and consent language. Respondents should provide information they are entitled to submit and should review their answers before submission. A questionnaire bearer link authorizes only its own published form and response; it is not an invitation into internal AMS. PDF and message delivery may depend on third-party providers and may be delayed or unavailable; a delivery failure does not authorize a second submission.

Confidentiality

Information in AMS may contain confidential business and personal data. Users must keep it confidential and must not disclose, export, copy, or combine it with another service outside the organization except through an authorized workflow or with appropriate permission. This duty does not prevent a disclosure required by law or a permitted rights request.

Availability and changes

AMS may change over time and may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, incidents, security controls, or third-party limitations. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Material changes to the service or these terms may be communicated through AMS or another appropriate channel.

Suspension, termination, and disconnection

Authorized administrators may deactivate accounts, revoke questionnaire links, or disconnect integrations. We may restrict access where needed to protect AMS, its users, providers, or third parties, or to respond to misuse. Disconnecting an integration stops future access and removes or revokes its credentials, but previously imported business records may remain subject to the organization's lawful retention requirements. Google disconnection removes AMS-managed copies without altering unrelated Google contacts.

Intellectual property

AMS, its software, interface, documentation, and original materials remain the property of their respective owners. These terms grant only the limited right to use AMS for authorized business purposes and do not transfer ownership of the service or its materials. The organization remains responsible for the content and data it submits or authorizes AMS to process.

Limitation of responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, AMS is provided without guarantees beyond those expressly agreed in writing. Third-party availability, access decisions, terms, and API behavior are outside AMS's control. Users remain responsible for reviewing CRM, research, reporting, and onboarding information and for their business decisions; AMS is not the sole official archive for legally critical records unless the organization has expressly established that process.
